Bert joined the Group in 2011 and was appointed Group Secretary in 2014. He is a Chartered Secretary with many years’ experience in a listed company environment and was previously a Director of The Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (CGISA) for a 9 year period, in which he served as the CGISA president in 2010.
