Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of shareholders of the Company registered in the Company's securities register will be held at Douglas Roberts Centre, 22 Skeen Boulevard, Bedfordview, Johannesburg, at 15:00 on Wednesday 27 February 2013 ("the general meeting"), for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or without modification, the special resolution set out below. The record date to be eligible to receive the notice of general meeting is Friday, 18 January 2013.
